Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care including cleanings, scaling, and polishing
• Take and develop dental x-rays to support accurate diagnoses
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and infection control protocols
• Administer local anesthesia as needed to ensure pain-free visits

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New York
• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene (or equivalent)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply - we provide mentorship!

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Experience with dental charting software and digital records
• Strong understanding of oral health and preventive dentistry
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
