Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings to help patients maintain optimal oral health
• Take and develop dental X-rays to support accurate diagnoses
• Assess patients' oral health and communicate findings to the dentist
• Educate patients on best practices for oral hygiene and preventive care
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with a focus on sterility and safety
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work a flexible, per diem schedule
• Clinical experience in a dental office preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Familiarity with dental software and digital record-keeping
• Keen attention to infection control and safety protocols
• Excellent patient education and chairside manner
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
