Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Provide compassionate care and comfort to patients and their families
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Document patient care and activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Excellent observation and reporting skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with patients
