Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps residents feel safe and respected
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
• Take and record vital signs, intake, and output with accuracy and care
• Help residents eat, stay hydrated, and maintain good nutrition throughout the day
• Keep resident living areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming
• Serve as a friendly, reassuring presence for residents and their families
• Collaborate closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to deliver seamless, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Prior CNA experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Ability to pass a background check and health screening requirements
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
• Reliable, dependable, and ready to pitch in wherever you are needed
• Strong communication skills and a genuinely caring approach to residents

• Resident lifting, transfer, and mobility techniques
