Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients within your scope of practice
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor and document patient progress, promptly reporting changes to the medical team
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and uphold patient confidentiality
- Adapt quickly to new environments and hospital protocols as a travel professional
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare role
- Current and active professional license in North Carolina or a compact (NLC) license
- BLS certification is required; additional certifications may be needed depending on the assignment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong adaptability and a passion for delivering excellent patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfort with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced healthcare settings
- Flexibility and openness to learning new policies and procedures
