Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients within your scope of practice
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and document patient progress, promptly reporting changes to the medical team
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and uphold patient confidentiality
• Adapt quickly to new environments and hospital protocols as a travel professional

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare role
• Current and active professional license in North Carolina or a compact (NLC) license
• BLS certification is required; additional certifications may be needed depending on the assignment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong adaptability and a passion for delivering excellent patient care

• Comfort with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced healthcare settings
