Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during patient examinations and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are sterilized and organized
• Take dental x-rays and digital impressions with precision
• Educate patients on their orthodontic treatment and oral hygiene
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts as needed
• Support a smooth, efficient workflow to keep the office running seamlessly

Qualifications

• Current orthodontic certification is required
• Experience working as a dental assistant, preferably in orthodontics
• Ability to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and sterilization protocols
• Familiarity with Denticon practice management software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy clinical environment
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe treatment space
