Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care during assigned shifts
• Assess, plan, and implement care interventions tailored to each patient's needs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a healing environment

Qualifications

• Active professional license in Louisiana or a compact state (NLC) if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of experience in your clinical specialty
• Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred depending on unit)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and facility policies
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to patient-centered care
