Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and documenting outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Adapt quickly to new environments, building rapport with patients and staff
• Participate in ongoing competency testing and training, including safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active professional license or certification in your specialty (Michigan or compact where applicable)
• Recent clinical experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply if eligible
• BLS/CPR certification as required by facility
• Successful completion of a 10-panel drug screen
• Proof of immunizations: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and annual influenza vaccine
• Negative PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) tuberculosis screening
• COVID-19 vaccine required
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and fit testing/respirator evaluation

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and patient populations
• Commitment to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
• Time management and organizational skills for a fast-paced workload
