Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans for diagnostic imaging
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Administer IV contrast as needed and follow established protocols
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting as necessary
• Work closely with radiologists and the clinical team to capture accurate images
• Document procedures and maintain patient records with care

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• DCI/BVP certification or equivalent as required
• Active state license or compact license as applicable
• Previous experience as a CT Technologist is strongly preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour schedules
• Must pass background checks and health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with CT scanning protocols and contrast media
• Strong understanding of anatomy and imaging positioning
• Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control practices
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
