Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
• Empower residents through therapeutic exercises and functional activities that promote independence
• Support patients with ADLs, mobility, and daily living skills
• Track patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with the OT and the broader healthcare team to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license or certification required
• SNF experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A heartfelt commitment to patient care and teamwork

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and modalities
• Skilled in patient advocacy and compassionate care
• Proficient in documentation and medical records
• Understanding of ADLs and functional mobility
• Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team
