Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with providers to deliver compassionate care in a busy OB/GYN practice
• Perform patient intake efficiently, documenting essential health information with accuracy
• Check and record vital signs, ensuring patients feel at ease
• Room patients in a timely manner and prepare them for examinations
• Provide clinical support to providers and collaborate with the care team throughout the day
• Utilize Epic EMR to maintain up-to-date patient records and streamline workflows

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or similar) with current certification
• Hands-on Epic EMR experience is required
• Prior experience in a fast-paced ambulatory or OB/GYN setting is helpful
• Willing to complete a skills checklist and provide license/certificate verification
• Up-to-date on required immunizations and health screening

Education

• High School Diploma

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong customer service and patient communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, especially Epic
• Knowledge of OB/GYN clinical workflows is a plus
• Detail-oriented approach to patient documentation and safety
