Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management program
Lead patient safety initiatives and process improvements
Investigate and evaluate adverse incidents
Provide risk management and patient safety education
Collaborate with leadership and healthcare teams

Qualifications

Current RN license in Alaska
3 years of experience in risk management and patient safety
Certified CPHRM within 2 years
Clinical competency required within 3 months and every 3 years

Education

Current full, unrestricted, active Registered Nursing license in Alaska
