Benefits

$55.51 – $79.14 Hourly Rate (based on experience; 13-step clinical scale up to 30 years)
Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Part-Time Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
Assess functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
Help patients improve their independence and quality of life
Apply professional judgement and clinical expertise

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Active California Occupational Therapist License
Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification
2-3 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
