Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
Develop and implement individualized plans of care
Provide patient education and instructions
Recognize and report changes in patient condition
Contribute to a healthy workplace environment

Qualifications

Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
Current CPR/BLS Card
2 years of experience in nursing
ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS certification

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Communication and interpersonal skills
Nursing clinical judgment and critical thinking
