Candidate Pay Rate: $3800 - $2660 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and daily living skills
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and recovery plans
- Ensure compliance with facility and state regulations
Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist License
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience
- SNF/LTC experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current BLS Certification
