Roles & Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for clinic patients
Serve as primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, and complete prior authorizations

Qualifications

Graduate of a Nursing Program
Current State LPN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
