Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments upon admission and monitor condition trends throughout the hospital stay
• Prepare, administer, and chart prescribed medications, including IVs, and manage wound care or specialized equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Instruct patients and families on post‑surgery care, medication schedules, and post‑discharge instructions
• Recognize early signs of medical deterioration and take swift action to stabilize patients before emergencies occur

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MS and Telehealth settings
• Proficiency in Telehealth technology and MS protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts with guaranteed hours
