Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and prepare them for orthodontic care
• Assist the orthodontist chairside during adjustments and procedures
• Sterilize instruments and keep the treatment area clean and organized
• Support accurate patient records and smooth appointment flow
• Educate patients on braces care, aligners, and oral hygiene
• Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Dental Assisting experience, ideally in an orthodontic setting
• Orthodontic certification required
• Maryland Dental Assistant credentials or ability to obtain them
• Comfortable working afternoon to evening shifts
• Friendly chairside manner and strong communication skills
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced office
