Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans that honor each resident's needs
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and a caring touch
• Monitor vital signs and document changes in condition accurately
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for every resident
• Communicate with families, keeping them informed and involved in care decisions

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN license prior to start of contract
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• ACLS certification required
• Additional certifications from the list may be required: PALS, NRP, ATT, CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON, CMA, CCMA, RMA, C-EFM
• Must be comfortable working rotating shifts and every weekend as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to provide empathetic, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in electronic medical records
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
