Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, ambulation, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Help with feeding and ensure adequate fluid intake per care plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous experience as a CNA in long-term care or hospital setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of residents' rights and HIPAA regulations
• Understanding of basic medical terminology
• Skill in using electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
