Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients across the lifespan
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• A current and unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license if applicable)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• RN experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to diverse patient needs and changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient assessment and care planning

• Wound care, IV therapy, and basic life support
• Strong teamwork and collaboration
