Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments and maintain accurate patient records
• Administer local anesthesia, fluoride, and sealants as directed by the dentist
• Provide compassionate oral hygiene instruction and preventive care education to patients
• Take and develop dental radiographs efficiently and safely
• Assist the dentist in treatment planning and chairside care
• Uphold strict infection control standards and sterilize instruments properly

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Genuine passion for helping patients achieve healthy smiles
• Ability to work the scheduled 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM shift

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical dental hygiene skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Knowledge of dental radiography and infection control protocols
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to patient care
