Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis to promote optimal oral health
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and overall oral hygiene techniques
• Assist the dentist during procedures by providing instrumentation and patient care
• Document patient care and update health histories accurately
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in a dental office setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate chairside manner

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental software and charting systems
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Attention to detail and infection control protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively with a dental team
• Manual dexterity and precision in clinical procedures
