Roles & Responsibilities

• Bring your nursing superpowers to our med-surg/telemetry unit and provide top-notch patient care
• Assess, plan, and implement care plans that get patients back on their feet
• Keep a close eye on telemetry monitors and act fast when patients need you
• Partner with a collaborative healthcare team to deliver seamless care
• Empower patients and families with education that makes a lasting impact
• Document everything like a pro to keep our unit running smoothly

Qualifications

• You hold an active California RN license - let's go!
• BLS (AHA) certification is a must-have
• Bonus points if you have med-surg or telemetry experience, but fresh grads are absolutely welcome
• You bring strong critical thinking skills and a knack for connecting with people

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid grasp of med-surg nursing practices
• Comfortable with telemetry monitoring and spotting heart rhythm changes
• Tech-savvy with EHR systems
