Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor vital signs, interpret data, and respond quickly to emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop and adjust care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced treatments safely
• Support and educate patients and families during intensive care stays

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous ICU or critical care experience preferred
• Compassionate, adaptable, and ready to jump in

Knowledge & Skills

• Expert knowledge of critical care protocols and equipment
• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and care teams
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
