Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care with compassion and professionalism
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care and observations

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of nursing procedures and protocols
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation
• Skilled in patient assessment and care planning
• Effective teamwork and collaboration in a clinical setting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
