Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical condition
- Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs during high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat urgent cases
- Monitor vital signs and administer life-saving interventions
- Educate patients and families providing comfort in stressful times
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years of ER nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
