Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care that brightens lives
- Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence
- Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to ensure safety
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in California
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of experience as a CNA preferred
- Reliable and ready to jump into per diem shifts
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care fundamentals
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Attention to detail in monitoring health status
- Team player attitude in fast-paced settings
