Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
- Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity and urgent needs
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with physicians, techs, and the care team to deliver optimal outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or a compact state
- Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)
- Emergency Department or critical care experience strongly preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency nursing principles and best practices
- Patient triage and rapid assessment
- Medication administration and IV therapy
- Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Team collaboration and clear communication
- Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
