Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate respiratory care to patients in emergency, intensive care, and therapeutic settings
• Perform invasive and non-invasive monitoring, diagnostic testing, and ventilator management
• Educate patients and families on pulmonary and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active RRT or CRT certification
• Current Michigan state license (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience
• Comfortable managing ventilators and performing EKG monitoring
• Travel experience preferred, but not required
