Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist with chairside procedures and patient care
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatory rooms
- Take and process dental X-rays as needed
- Educate patients on braces care and oral hygiene
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Support a smooth and welcoming patient experience from arrival to departure
Qualifications
- Experience in orthodontic assisting is a plus
- Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA or equivalent) preferred
- X-ray certification or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
- Familiarity with dental software and patient records
- Skilled in infection control and sterilization protocols
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Compassionate patient interaction and chairside manner
