Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and prophylaxis for patients
• Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments while ensuring infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
• Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
• Ability to work evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Strong attention to detail and infection control practices
• Experience with dental software and digital radiography is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Radiography skills and safety protocols
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Proficiency with electronic dental records
• Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
