Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care and education to patients
• Perform thorough cleanings, assessments, and preventive treatments
• Collaborate with dentists to develop personalized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure infection control standards
• Educate patients on oral health best practices and at-home care
• Use your skills to make every visit a positive experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Experience in a dental office setting is a plus
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures, including scaling and root planing
• Knowledge of dental software and patient management systems
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all ages
