Roles & Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients in a fast-paced emergency department
• Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions with precision
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to create rapid, effective care plans
• Document patient conditions and outcomes accurately and efficiently
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families during high-stress moments
• Respond quickly to trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies

Qualifications

• Active RN license required (verification completed during onboarding)
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
• ED experience preferred; ability to manage high-acuity patients
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency triage and patient assessment
• Trauma and cardiac life support protocols
• IV insertion, medication administration, and wound care
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Calm and effective communication in crisis situations
