Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to critically ill cardiovascular patients
- Monitor advanced cardiac equipment and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with surgeons and specialists to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate families on post-operative recovery and next steps
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of CVICU or ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Familiarity with vasoactive medications and ventilators
- Excellent critical-thinking under pressure
- Clear communication with multidisciplinary teams
