Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during patient exams and procedures
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes

Qualifications

• Certified or registered as a Dental Assistant in Maryland
• Experience in orthodontics is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and orthodontic procedures
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort
