Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontist during procedures including bracket placement and wire changes
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take and process dental X-rays and impressions
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification in Maryland required
- Experience with orthodontic procedures preferred but not required
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic techniques and terminology
- Proficiency in dental software and digital imaging
- Strong attention to detail and infection control practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient needs
