Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to geriatric residents
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active GNA certification in Maryland
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehab a plus
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Basic computer skills for documentation
