Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to elderly residents in a rehabilitation setting
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Support patients' emotional and social well-being through engagement

Qualifications

• Active Maryland GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) certification required
• Must have a current CPR certification (BLS)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of patient care procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift as needed
