Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to rehabilitation patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with therapists and physicians to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maryland
• Current BLS certification
• Prior rehab or long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN or RN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
