Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to elderly patients
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support rehabilitation activities under the supervision of therapists
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

• Valid GNA certification in Maryland
• Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Basic computer skills for documentation
