Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
• Valid CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
