Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments to patients with compassion and expertise
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
• Operate and maintain advanced radiation therapy equipment to ensure safety and accuracy
• Monitor patients during treatment and provide supportive care
• Document treatment sessions accurately to maintain the highest standards of care

Qualifications

• Active Radiation Therapy license in Arizona or compact eligibility required
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Radiation Therapy
• Experience with radiation oncology equipment and treatment planning highly valued

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of radiation therapy techniques and safety protocols
• Proficiency in operating linear accelerators and CT simulators
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate patient care skills with a focus on comfort and communication
