Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist our orthodontist with patient exams, procedures, and adjustments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Take and process dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on braces, aligners, and oral hygiene tips
• Keep patient records updated and manage appointment flow smoothly

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required as noted
• Previous dental assisting experience is a plus
• A gentle, caring attitude and great communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently with a busy team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in orthodontic instruments, brackets, and bands
• Radiography and X-ray certification and skills
• Knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection control
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all ages
