Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform cleanings, scaling, and prophylaxis with precision and compassion
• Take and develop dental x-rays while ensuring patient comfort
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a smooth clinical workflow
• Accurately document patient care and maintain confidential records
• Adhere to strict infection control and sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude
• Ability to work per diem/call-off shifts with reliable availability

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Comfortable with digital radiography and dental software
• Strong patient education and chairside manner
• Knowledge of OSHA and infection control standards
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
