Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet recovery goals
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license
• Minimum 0 years of experience
