Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists with procedures like braces adjustments and retainers
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent preferred
• Radiology certification required
• Experience in orthodontics is a plus
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Proficient in dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft, Ortho2)
• Understanding of orthodontic procedures and terminology
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
