Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients following physician orders to help them regain independence in daily living skills
• Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans that evolve with each patient's progress
• Document all services accurately and promptly to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Provide supervision and guidance to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed
• Collaborate with families and a supportive interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance in all aspects of care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active Wyoming state OT license or willingness to obtain one
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
• Thorough and accurate clinical documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team collaboration
• Ability to supervise and support COTAs effectively
