Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts (start between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM); occasional prearranged weekend days

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate hospitalized patients' physical and cognitive abilities to create personalized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring daily living skills and independence
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and timely discharge
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Inpatient Rehabilitation and Acute Care experience
• Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills

• Patient Evaluation and Assessment
• Treatment Planning and Implementation
• Cognitive Rehabilitation Techniques
• Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation and Acute Care settings
