Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using skilled occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered interventions to improve daily living and functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans clearly and timely
• Provide patient and family education to support carryover of therapeutic goals
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed/certified to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Hawaii (required)
• Willingness and ability to cover weekend shifts as part of a 40-hour workweek
• Active clinical competence in occupational therapy assessment and treatment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a care team

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field (OTR or equivalent preferred)
